試飲心得紀錄  From 好友『中文的親戚朋友』

1. 表妹：是我喝過最好喝的 Black Coffee，不會苦澀，很回甘，

              飲用起來有很輕快的感覺。

2. 阿姨：沒有咖啡的苦味（甘苦），但有咖啡的回甘與順口，

              及有一種帶有令人想再嘗一口的甘甜，又似甘味的感覺，

              蠻特殊的，我喜歡，不過對我而言可以再濃一點。

3. Julia：不喜歡喝咖啡的我，第一次喝到讓我喜歡的咖啡，

              不會苦又會回甘，顏色也非常特別，帶點墨綠色，喝起來很順口，很香。

4. 法國友人EDI：

    a. Bring something else beside of the coffee taste.

    b. Smell go along both coffee and mushroom
        Interesting mix of smell.

    c. Feel light not heavy.

5. 法國友人Florent ： 

    A perfect black coffee where the sweet mushroom

    taste calm and add valuable sensations. 

    For coffee lovers must be tried.

    Cold sweet and strong cold coffee. Keeps you awake.
